POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Specialist to join our professional human resources team.
The main responsibilities of the HRIS Specialist will involve managing, implementing, and optimizing our HRIS platform, thereby ensuring smooth and successful HR operations.
The ideal candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of HR processes, data analytics, and a genuine interest in utilizing technology to improve HR functions.

Salary Range: $60,000-$65000
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and coordinate HRIS related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals.
Define HRIS project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Communicate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Manage change effectively by communicating updates and addressing concerns.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, design decisions, and configurations.
Monitor and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are within the approved limits.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy within the UKG System.
Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision making.
Work with training and HR to deliver new module or functionality training to end users.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within HRIS workflows.
Work closely with HR team to identify and address any system-related problems and ensure uninterrupted HR operations.
Take charge of the implementation of new HRIS modules or system upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Stay up to date on the latest features and updates within the HRIS platform to make use of new functionalities that enhance efficiency.
Provide regular updates and reports to our Executive Committee on a monthly basis, ensuring visibility and transparency.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the ongoing assessment and enhancement of Human Resources Systems.
Ensuring seamless integration of applications into existing and future infrastructure.
Supporting all HRIS systems, including needs analysis, research, training, and administration, while also assisting HR end users with the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools such as recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems/software.
Collaborating with the team to prioritize work and establish a strong partnership with IT, ensuring clear governance and a focus on delivering value to end users to enhance the employee experience.
Prioritizing the quality of business processes and data integrity by coordinating regular audits with reporting and analytics data.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues or opportunities to improve the user experience and other HRIS integrations.
Collaborate effectively with leaders, colleagues, and end users.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Information Technology, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong focus on attention to detail.
Proficiency in human resources procedures, adherence to regulations, and data privacy protocols.
Prior UKG experience is preferred but not required.
