Beck's Hybrids is currently looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Marketing team.
You'll be responsible for using your talent and creativity to continue building and maintaining our marketing web properties.
You'll also be tasked with developing and implementing new and innovative web-based digital marketing solutions.
In collaboration with the marketing team, you’ll have opportunities to update, enhance, and debug existing properties while also executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our website and generate business impact for Beck’s Hybrids.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Update existing web-based projects based on new requirements, enhanced technologies, and reported issues
Maintain development and production environments of our web properties, following an appropriate testing and deployment process to protect the public facing website
Maintain a website feature development roadmap and a backlog of projects and tasks, working independently and collaboratively to prioritize features and communicate development status
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Identify, evaluate and recommend new web technologies and tools to enhance the development process and improve website performance
Implement web development best practices and ensure compliance with web standards and guidelines, including accessibility and performance metrics
Collaborate with other Marketing team members on projects and duties
Recommend and implement new approaches that enhance the user experience while highlighting Beck’s mission and encouraging engagement with our programs
Perform other related duties as may be required by the Digital Marketing Lead and Marketing Communications Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and training:
B.
S.
in computer science or related field is preferred

Experience:
Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience as an full-stack software engineer/developer
Capable developer (high intermediate or advanced) with both front- and back-end experience
Working knowledge of Git workflow
Professional experience and familiarity with React JS, CSS, Sanity CMS is preferred
