Responsibilities:
Obtains documents for LIHTC applications from prospective residents
Completes applications in their entirety and accurately.
Submits LIHTC applications for review
Tracks LIHTC process for each individual applying
Maintains all current and past LIHTC files
Submits LIHTC applications =when required for review.
Handles all audits of LIHTC files
Keeps up to date with all material from IHCDA (Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority
Tracks all vacant and occupied rooms
Facilitates move-ins
Maintains knowledge compliance for Indiana properties
Maintains knowledge of specific forms IHCDA require
Oversees the IHCDA reporting requirements and overview of its online management system
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative role in a long-term care facility preferred
